Cancellation Policy (Japan Standard Time)
- 11 days or more before the start date: Free of charge
- 6 to 10 days before the start date: 50% of the total fee
- 5 days or less before the start date: 100% of the total fee
- Note: The cancellation date is based on when we receive your request, according to Japan Standard Time (JST).

Reservation Confirmation & Payment
Once you are satisfied with the plan and pricing,
please submit your hotel and flight reservation confirmation (PDF or similar format is acceptable) via email.
After verifying the details, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Email.
Payment will be made on-site in Japan by credit card.
